The
National Coaching Register - NCR
- NCR
is a body set up by CEO to provide a register of 1:1 coaches at the
most senior end of the marketplace; up to PLC Chairman level.
- NCR
is targeted to create a membership of 100 coaches so as to provide
specialised sector and commercial skills to match any coaching
requirement – with particular relevance to the venture capital
marketplace.
- Membership
is open by invitation to Chairmen and MDs of businesses
with minimum £30m turnover, and significant profit generation records,
who, having completed a formal course of certified training, are available
for assignments as 1:1 executive business coaches.
- NCR’s
role is to provide a marketing arm and confidential information exchange
for members
- NCR
was set up in November 2002 with
35 MDs having completed the training process so far.
