  • Owen Waft is a partner in the K&LNG Corporate Department and has particular expertise in corporate finance, M&A and private equity. He has a wide range of experience of transactions in a broad range of sectors including in particular life sciences, technology and financial services. Owen typically works on transactions in the £15 -£150m range but also works on smaller and larger transactions and, along with the rest of the K&LNG private equity team, advises on venture capital transactions for management teams, venture capital houses, strategic investors, incubators and banks. Owen is also head of the firm's AIM Team and Marketing Partner of K&LNG's London office.

John founded CBPE in 1984 having previously worked at 3i and CINVEN. A Chartered Accountant and Cambridge graduate he has 20 years experience of investing UK equity.
